Where's the best place to source these from, best fitting etc.
Seen some on eBay for 115, what would be fitting cost too a assuming they take off the old panel.
Is that a genuine one? Hope it is at that price lol
It's not actually a big job as your shell has nothing to strip off, anyone who can weld can do it, basic measurements help to keep things inline that's about it really

Just a pattern part delivered
That's quite steep mate, I fitted a pattern one to my gsi and it was pretty crap, when bolting in the tie bars the crossmember started to squash in as it was paper thin.
i fitted a ebay one to mine and its been fine so far

Was thinking that mate, the HH kit will be keeping it all together. I won't be doing it tho. Sticking it into a garage. Need to keep going at it, it's pissing me off just now.

John, a mate of mine has a genuine unfit GM full front panel, I'll see if he wants to sell it mate ;)

To fit it properly the chassis plates will need to come off

Cheers, I've just ordered one through opc. Genuine Mk2 but not too bothered that its not a mk1 front.

Thing is the MK2 has different fitments for the headlights!

I had the mk1 and mk2 sitting beside each other and couldn't see any difference? Is it just the screw holes.
