Has anyone ever replaced them without disconnecting brake lines etc...

I really can't be arsed lol plus I won't have anyone to help me bleed the brakes

PS...its on a Corsa C but they are essentially the same as on a Nova

Think you will have a job but I suppose it could be done. Its getting the old ones out and new ones in that is the hardest bit especially if the beam is being supported.
Two poster ramp with two tall axle stands would help but for the sake of a 10 minute brake bleed you are better off taking it out.

Fair point, I'll probably sort the handbrake out while I'm at it then

I've done it. Used a puller and sockets to get the old bush out, putting poly bushes back in was easy.

Depends if you're putting poly bushes back in or standard rubber ones.
