tyres for c20let at santa pod

i am currently building my c20let nova which will be making its first apperance at the fast show in march.
what are the best tyres to use at pod ill only be running about 250BHP for the time being, as its still a road car but fancy some slicks or anything good people can suggest as i am useless at launching.
also what wheel size do people suggest as i will be getting 2 new wheels for my outing too

yoko a408s (think thats there model number) are ment to be over 1kg a corner lighter then 888's

Each to their own really, R888s are readily avaliable as decent slicks dont turn up that much. I use them as i like my times to be set in a road legal fashion lol
