More door rear interior light switches

Did any 4/5 doors have rear door interior light switches? Mine doesn't as it's a trip and was the bottom of the range in '92 lol just wondered if any of the better models did come with them as my alarm resets itself whilst putting the baby in her seat in the back, I know it's not a hard thing to retrofit just intrigued if there is a factory location for the switches?
