C20LET tuning help

I'm getting a standard C20LET at the weekend. I would like it to be running around the 250-280bhp? I've read its not too hard nor expensive to achieve but I can't find the info for parts/chips needed etc.

Phase 3.5 EDS chips, saab reds or Z20LET's, front mount cooler, arp rod bolts, adjustable fuel reg, uprated actuator, 3" downpipe and system, C20XE inlet cam with adjustable inlet pulley
you also might want to run a cometic head gasket, arp head studs, Z20LET oil pump and modified pickup pipe.

To run over 300BHP I couldn't use standard turbo? I was looking to run standard turbo tbh.

No you will see 280 with a std turbo.
