I have just fitted a set of 15" wheels with 195 50 15 tyres. What is the best pressure at which to run them?! The previous wheels where 13" with 175 70 13 tyres.

Cheers

same pressure..... the cars weight hasn't changed

no ste think ur wrong on that!! lol

bigger profile tyres have more presure!!

your 13s would have had about 24psi, you want 28-30psi in those 15s with 50 profile

its due to the contact patch changing its size :)

and tall wall tyres require a bit more pressure to keep them stable

so lower profile = less pressure
and wider = more pressure

lol so it's the same pressure (like i said)

nope. lower profile = more pressure
wider profile = more presure

:P

The same pressure you had before, it's pressure, not quantity of air in the tyres!

cough*bol0cks*cough

actually depends on 4-5 variables. so how can u say that?

Ahhhrr Just stick 30 in.....

30 is enough without being too much for any car.
