Bought a set with transducer and wiring but just wondering how I could identify if they are from the 8v or the 16v without wiring them in, from what I can gather the 16v are the ones with the rev counter in a sort of tick shape (which is what I am hoping they are) Could I put 12V through a live/ignition live or something to illuminate them, really not the greatest with electrics so sorry if this is a bit of a dumb question.

I think you just flick the red switch on top of the dash for 8v or 16v

Yeh can see the red switch now, Still need to know if they are curved or tick... well i don't need to know but it would be nice haha

Remove the rev bulb and hold it upto a bright light. Should be enough to see a tick or curve. The red switch is for different wheel sizes

I've done it now, I just grew a pair and put a battery charger to the lives and earths and all lit up... also it is the tick ones :D thanks for your comments guys
