Mk4 Astra Estate 1.4 16v cheap

I had this for sale a few month back but the water pump gve up an it overheated and popped the head gasket too, it did still run but the water pump leaks and it white smokes badly. I can arrange delivery if needed.
It's a 1.4 16valve x14xe, very easy to do an engine swap in these.
It's a very clean car with only a scuff on the front corner of the bumper, a missing wing mirror cover, a few loading marks on the rear bumper and a small rust bubble on the rear drivers arch.
The car has done 95,000 miles
It got air con that works!
Vauxhall Cd player with steering wheel controls
Factory white dials
It's on 15" steel wheels
Cheap tax and insurance
Tax and MOT just out
I was gonna keep it to put a Saab B204 engine in it after Xmas but I've decided to sell up as I really want a cavalier

Nobody? I might get a new water pump and head gasket at the weekend so I can have it running fine, but will need a MOT but I can't see why it won't fly thru, all it needed last year was 4 new springs and 2 rear shockers as it was running on nova springs.
I would do all this but money is tight at the minute as my garage is costing me a lot more than I thought it would originally as I'm going OTT with it. (do it once do it right sort of attitude)
