Looking for my old saloon

DVLA check says its still taxed, I sold it as a bog standard 1.2 but I was told by a club member (can't remember who) that it was going round with a 2.0 8v.

Anyone know if its still going? Think it went up the midlands way.

alright mate yeah i bought it from a Lad in Aylesbury as a 2.0 8v i sold it a few months later to a local lad who had the engine mount snap on him so he sold it to another lad and it got painted arden blue lol i heard it was now a c20xe but i dont know whos got it now though.

Looks different! Would have been better original colour with 15" steels sleeper style. Its alright though, come to think of it, it was a pretty solid shell. Mk1 all the way!!

Actually, shortly after I sold it I heard the 1st owner used some iffy home made conversion mount.

yeah the conversio was **** mate homemade mount with checker plate and a front strut brace welded to the strut tops lol
