What year was that picture taken and what engine was in there?

The picture was taken back in the early 90's and it was running a 1.3 SR! was mint mate had a full respray with GTE BODYKIT, brakes and suspension! when I think about what it would be worth now in parts alone! This was a proper magnet back in the day! ;)

Raced a kid with an XR3 and left him standing! He followed me into the garage and said " not bad for a 1.3!" should of seen his face when I popped the bonnet and showed him mine was too! lol mug! lollollollol
