Hi I've got a standard 'K' plate Nova GSi,
I've noticed a grinding noise coming (not constant)
from the rear passengers side wheel,
sounds like a worn bearing

Are Nova wheel bearings all the same,
or are their different ones for Sr, Sri, Gte, Gsi ?

I am breaking a 'E' reg Nova 1.2 carb,
could I use the bearings from this ?

Thanks for reading this post !

would be easier to use the whole hub, but prob is there is 2 different hubs as i remember and you gsi will have a different hub. the bearings might be the same mind!!

there only ?7 from car shop new!!

Should I go for original Vauxhall Bearings, or other aftermarket bearings.

Is their a Motorsport bearing or Performance bearing
I could use since I'm replacing it (presuming it will last longer)

What's involved in changing the bearing, may attempt it this weekend.

use patten ones on the rear.... easy to do only hard bit is pressing/bashing the races out

Just swop the whole hub over. there is no difference. Im using a corsa front hub on my nova. Its easier doing that than having the bearing pressed in.
