Hi everyone my name is Jamie and I've just purchased my second nova. I had my first one when I was 17 as my first car I'm 29 now and since my first nova I've been through a lot of cars and I decided I wanted another. I already have a mk1 golf gti a mk1 caddy and a Nissan pulsar gtir at the mo so space is tight but I just had to have a nova I love the little things.

You may ave seen the one I bought as it was on here for sale it's a leaf green A reg 3 door with 41k on the clock. It's in good condition and drove the 70 miles home a treat considering it hadn't been driven for nearly two years. It needs a respray really as it has bits on it and its faded a bit but a good compound and polish should bring it up a bit better. The battery tray , turrets and rear end are ll spot on and the arches are pretty good as well slight rust on be that's it. My plans are a strip down respray generally tidy up then keep it standard it has the rare green dash seats and carpet a bit marmite but I love it makes it even more retro. Hope to get to some meets nd shows so hope to see one of you cheers Jamie

Nice Nova

I love the brown, green and red interiors you get in early mk1's

What's the plans for it?

thanks everyone, the plans are to strip it down do a full respray in orginal colour, then im in two minds whether to make it a very clean standrard example or, mod it slightly ie suspension and wheels but the only mods i would do would be easy reverisable so i could return it back to standard easily. Im not planning a redtop or anything although i think its awesome i just think its been done alot now. Whens the next big show or meet for you chaps then

cheers jamie
