1.2 Carb engine

Taking a 1.2 carb engine out of my saloon, 51K miles on it look genuine from online check but can only go back to 2005 when MOT's had to be logged on a computer, can believe the mileage as it runs sweet as a nut and turns over first turn of the key everytime. Reason for removal is I bought that car as a project and looking to fit something else but working on the shell at present so need the engine out anyway. Have no idea what these engine's go for, feel free to offer me whatever for it just want it out of the way to be honest, I'm located in Hartlepool.
