help needed

Hi there peeps... i have a mk2 nova gsi 20xe and every now and then the ECU light flashes and ive checked on how many times it flashes and it says it is HIGH VOLTAGE on third injector but what does this mean....?? Any ideas would be much appreciated..

first then check the polarity on the said injector if its wrong then change it worth checking if you are getting the correct voltage to it also and possibly worth while checking your earth points too
