ok i am really struggling to find mk2 astra gte 16v proportioning valves, but i have found out that mk3 astra gsi's used inline valves rated 3/20 above the rear axle.
could i just use these inline if i ran a new set of brake pipes?

3/20 valves actually came came off mega early novas around A/B reg's etc get some of these then its just a straight fit
Have you looked into the Astra Mk 4 conversion?
Iirc it does away with all that bias/proportion gubbins...

Didn't realise there was a new method. I will have a browse
if you want to fit the astra mk3 ones, also see if the astra master cylinder fits, then the pipework & unions should be easy..
or fit a rear load sensing valve off an astra van/estate, and then remove the spring & fit a bolt or similar to adjust the bias.
