Ok new nova project only took me 5 years to get back to novas again. So I brought this loon last week absolutely mint underneath but unfortunately someone loved it and fort this colour scheme worked . It's lowered on jamex lowering kit all round I'd say 60mm and fully delocked with central locking.

Fitted them straight away made the car look ten times better. They look like been aerosoled and could do with a little refurb but the tyres are brilliant. But unfortunately there 50 profile so ideally could do with smaller profile.
This is them fitted

What do you think????

Then got bored and pissed off as my spray painter fell threw an due to funds I can't afford full spray job. So I put it up for sale (spoilt) hahahah
But then today after work i got bored an went in the shed I found a brand new can of this

Personally I think in looks much better but unfortunately it was only enough to do front panels and wings luckily the bonnet was already black. Also stripping the bumper meant I managed to fit It back on properly so sits nice and straight now and I don't actually mind the bumper now so next step I think is to buy more cans hahaha
What's people's opinions

Went vboa event got a set of front 60mm lowering springs for £5 today might of accidentally took a coil or two off with the angle grinder but it is sitting much nicer on the front now it's still not slammed but just a little lower probably only noticeable to Me. just got to give springs chance to set

You have cut the springs to lower it? seriously?

cheeky8v

Yep angle grinder only the front as I want to find the height I'm after before I order some springs as i want to go as low as possible but i cant afford to buy set after set so got to do it the budget way. Fronts are alright to cut tho really as there in holders, the rears are an issue. well i Just been out for a drive and now springs have settled I had epic fail whilst driving round Milton Keynes I couldn't go round any bends as was hitting on tyres on the slightest bend. Luckily had some molegrips and cardboard so had to pinch them up a bit and then even more luck I had an angle grinder in the boot so took the handle off and used that to roll them so this will allow me 2 go bit lower hopefully Which im hoping will allow me to get 100mm springs on the front on these 50 profile tyres. I'm at about 80mm lower than standard at the moment so time will tell.
But yea the paint before is hideous wasn't to keen on going Matt black but I like it so far

Lucky for you that it still is two-tone then John. lol

Coming on canny mate. I liked the original wheels, if not the colour. Black on black will be sweet though.

Definitley no issue with cutting non-progressive springs, I agree. :)
