Injector valve - High Voltage

What's the cause of this?

One of your fuel injectors isn't working properly. Usually the ECU has a fault code for each one, also check the wire loom that runs along the fuel rail to the fuel injectors has a good ground connection, these sometimes come loose due to years worth of vibrations, therefore the voltage with respect to ground is lost, so ECU see's some odd voltages.

Edit: I had a similar problem on my old X16xe before my C16xe engine, I just gone another injector wiring loom to try and it solved the problem.

Thanks Southie :) ill take a look tomorrow. It only does it sometimes, normally when I'm close to the limiter in 4th when going for it. Do you think if there wasn't enough fuel getting to the injectors that it would make this fault come up? As I'm still using my carb tank at the minute and it does starve it a lot when low on fuel.

I'd get the tank and pump changed ASAP tbh, it won't be helping much staving the engine of fuel.
