C20XE Oil Catch Tank

Bought an ally tigg'd catch tank to run on my C20XE, however it's got 1/2" inlets. How to people get round the difference in sizes, from the outlets on the cam cover to the inlets? Looked at barbed reducers, but there doesn't appear to be a 1/2" to 1/8" reducer for the small outlet :-(

Any ideas?
