hello every one iam going to look at a vauxhall vertra sri 1999 what and were should i look for rust and over things just want it for every day car as the nova is coming of the road tonight:( cheers dave .

Take a torch, wear some clothes you don't mind getting scruffy and look at everything. No point only looking at a few specific areas, spend plenty of time looking all around and under it.

electrical troubles are more likely on a 99 vectra than rust, check everything works.
