golf mk4 gt tdi problem

on my mums x reg golf gt tdi 115bhp ajm engine
the remote locking and central locking has all go tits up and dont work after doing here shopping ive code read it with a ross tech's vagcom software and the only code that came up was

00955 - Key 1
09-00 - Adaptation Limit Surpassed

so i tryed changing the conscience module behind the fuse box in the dash but didn't work has any one come across this before as i keep looking on vw forums and no hope can any one help please

This happened to mine, remote control key battery gets low and it stop sending remote open/close commands to tell you to change the battery.

all sorted now replaced both battery in the keys and reprogrammed them in with the vagcom
