What would a nova with corsa gsi engine conversion do on average?

Seen a nice example for sale and wondering if I could use it as my daily and get rid of diesel golf.

I use mine daily. Mixed driving stop start through town, spirited back roads and motorway stuff. I calculated my last 3 fills at just over 41mpg each.

Thanks, I guessed around 40.

Means only a couple quid more per 100miles :thumb: but with cheaper classic car ins and more smiles I think it might be a plan!!!

you could stick a wr 5th gear into the box, so you get cr acceleration for 4 gears & then stick it in economy gear..

Don't know what miles mine does as the mile ometer thing doesn't work lol but I think its pretty good. Used it daily for the last 2 years.

i get about 40 in my saloon with x6xe

Sounds good to me, 40 is fine. I dont do huge mileage but as I only get 20 in my other car I need something that does 40+
