Newbie saying hi

Hello everyone,
I've just bought myself a Nova 1.4 luxe H reg this is my 3rd nova, I had a 1.2 4door and a GTE but that was a few years ago.
I also have a Calibra turbo, a mk3 Astra estate but neither are as fun as the Nova.
The current nova has been owned by a old school mate and has the break discs, servo strut brace, toution bar and seats off my old GTE, so it's a bit like having part of my old car back. :)
The car is no looker and I plan to tidy her up. But my mate has spent a lot of time and money on handaling,
I thought I'd join because I'm in need of lots of parts for it as he stripped the car out! But I want to put it back together!
Is there a post count befor I can buy/sell like some other forums??

I'm after carpet, piller covers, parcel shelf, door cards, the bits of plastic that hold rear speakers and parcel shelf up and whatever goes around the gear stick and hand break in a mk2? Both my others where mk1! This one has electric windows and I have what looks to be part of a ashtray with window switches on but not much else !

Would also like the GTE/GSI side skirts.

You need a centre console , your electric window switches will slot into that and helps to tidy up around the handbrake. You can buy and sell stuff straight away as far as I know.

Oh, and welcome to PNG, don't take any pi sstaking to heart and don't text type and you'll be fine. :thumb:

Edit- and ignore silly comments like ripping the engine out of your nice calibra for the nova lol

Thanks chaps, I'm a mod on a Calibra forum and well aware of the hate towards text speak and piss taking. Seen so many people give it out but can't take it when it's directed at them.

I'm well aware of the love of people putting the C20LET in Novas and other cars! And the calibarge comments lol they do wallow about and like to rust hence why I did a full re build on the cally 8 month ago.
She is a garage ornament now and in a yr I expect the Nova will be as well knowing me.

Ps. The wheels on the cally where only just put on because I got the full set with all good tyres for £60 she used to look like this

Skirts came today, couldn't wait so had to fit them befor rebuild
