rose jointed linkage

having problems with a linkage on a f20 box was hard to get 1st and 5th it is a lmf quick shift and nylon bushes with the balls cut off and and 10mm bolts going threw rose joint

is there meant to be space between rose joint and metal piece where ball was?

anyone got pics of theres to see difference?

sick of taking it off refitting it adjusting it and it not being right so any help much appreciated

You'll need misalignment spacers by the sound of it to allow more travel on the rose joints, there's a guide in the articles section on how to do it.
