i have some jamex
they have adjuster cup that sits in the spring lowers it up to 80mm

i had a set ages back, if you are buying s/hand, make sure the adjusters work ok first

its an adjustable spring seat. you simply wind it up & down to alter the rear ride height

I meant adjustable rebound, fixed height.
