nova injection tank help

Fitting a c16xe in a carb nova for a mate. he bought a tank with an external pump but it looks exactly like the tank i took off. It has the normal filler neck and breather pipe on the side and two different sized pipes at the front. can anyone help thanks

a proper gte tank has a level sender that is held on with small screws, and has a large bore pipe comung out of it for the fuel feed. the carb type tank has a 'twist' on fuel sender & has the 2 small pipe outlets next to each other on the front corner.

the carb type tank will work as long as you keep it above 1/4 full or it sucks air on decent corners

no probs, its quite common for people to mix the tanks up like that.
