When i start my car so much smoke comes from the exhaust im just wondering what is the problem here if u have any suggestions plz let me know? :D

which side of grey?
Whitish Grey - oil problem
Blackish Grey - fuel problem
and what is the smell?

Its a blackish grey
And it smells like normal exhaust fumes but ALOT stronger

Well that could suggest a problem with unburt fuel, or over fueling.
Any recent work, service etc?

no none yet.so its best 2get it sorted could i do it myself or is it 2hard?

well we don't even know what the problem is yet so fixing it will have to wait... other members might have had similar trouble, so give it a day or so to see who replys...
what year and model is it?
if its a carb model get it tuned/fuel mix set - best taking to a garage with right equipment for this...
How is it performance wise?

carb leaking into inlet (fuel)
possibly also valve stem seals leaking oil whilst standing.
as youv also said its burning oil

Yes performance can be affected by fuel problems..

do you have any service history so we can see if its had any gaskets or seals changed?
