Opened a PayPal dispute case, now the 20 day wait begins... Only if i knew were he lived I would drive the 300 miles and give him a kind pat on the face with my fist. F lol

giving money as a gift is fooking stupid, your always better off paying the fees on top of what there asking, you can get the calculators that work out the extra you have to pay on google for future reference fella.

You really really should send papal payment as goods, even if its its a trusted member its only a couple if quid and it covers your ass.

Never pay by gift, never direct bank charge it. Get their address before you send money too.

I was gonna add even if genuine there's a lot that could happen, problems with paypal accounts aren't exactly rare, losing net access, personal problems taking them away from forums etc for a while, kidnap, spontaneous combustion and whatever you like in between lol

I always just cover the paypal costs and pay as goods.

Given no one has received parts and they were allegedly on 3-5 day postage, I'd say thats a little too convenient than the odd one or two going missing.
