nova gte wont run help please

hey all my nova gte wont run it fires on all four and i have good fuel presssure but she wont run what could this be any help will be appreciated:roll:

definitely sparking right on all 4??

and definitely fueling?

then it must be a timing issue, or a bad wiring connection.
