250lb coilovers springs swap for my 400lb rally design springs

Came from shell with v6 but too stiff for 1.6

Will thay be any good for the turbo lump ?

The 400lb springs? Possibly, I'd imagine they'd be alright with a let but just far too stiff for a small block xe

I've just ordered 500lb for the front on my XE, so 400lb would be fine for a let. I might add, mine is purely for track lol
