Bike carbs hesitateing

Hi I have at least got my bike carbs all fitted and running but when diving home if I put my foot down a bit in any gear about 3000rpm it hesitates for a bit then can drive through it does any one know what it could be thanks dan

Have you checked for air leaks?

Are the jets letting enough fuel through?

Are you running a fuel pressure regulator?
