just stitch weld it, worry about strengthening kits when you put a let in it

harry hockley do 2 kits, a fast road one, and a competition one...

as for should you do it, well the shell is at least 20 years old, and you plan to treble the power of the engine..... of course it needs doing...

ring them & ask their installation advice.

Get a kit, stitch weld the whole shell or just the bay.

Kits here iirc - http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showthread.php?158451-Engine-conversion-mounts-and-flanges

Or I got mine from lmf. :thumb:
