building my nova up an just thought bout different dashboard
was just woundering if anyone ever put a corsa sport dash in a nova is it easy an if so pictures please

Heds fit/is fitting a MK4 Astra dash in his nova:

Also iirc a guy called Cheese fit a Corsa dash on Novaload and it was a ballache, I can't get reference from anything due to the original site being dead.

Also Joff fit a random dash in his Nova... extremely custom made with a double digi dash feature ;)

Also sorted the piping for the two side feeds and the centre vent for the screen.

Next job is plumb the gauges into the engine bay and then start building up the dash and making the digi dashes fit the corsa dash (round hole square peg senario !)

Just to be different really, the corsa dash lends itself to do this conversion as it is almost identical on each half and its an idea I had about 2 years ago and wanted to implement.

More of an update, the drivers side digidash is in and working . Was able to source some bespoke films for the dash which are mostly in blue with the odd splash of other colours around. Also got some TVR stalks as well which are very nice ......

The funny looking strip on the top of the cowl is actually a shift light. Usually found on bikes I thought it would look quite cool and practical as well !

Ive got that out of a really old max power mag!! The one with the 'quad conversions' rear lights. Apparently the width was more or less ok but due to the curve of the corsa dash there was lots of trimming here and there till it fitted.

A dont bother with the corsa dash and
B dont bother with the corsa dash

Its a ballache as Southie said and unless done right looks rubbish

I think we are relatively spoilt for choice already with having both mk1 and mk2 dashes as options, and then having various colours of them both too. GSi/Black MK2 dash FTW

But mk1 dashes are horrid... Especially brown ones, so they can't be a sensible buy! lol

fit a bmw or audi dash you may as well if you are willing to do the dash swap it would be worth the agrevation once you ve got it tofit send it off to for flocking to hide the filler etc
