Wiring behind clocks

Anyone know what brown and yellow wire in clocks connector is for? Trying to wire up dash and ain't a clue. Also 2 small female spade connectors close to the earth that goes on steering column bracket.:confused:

Id guess at illumination for the brown/yellow, but thats just a pure guess.

As for the two small spades, are they both on the end of brown wires, if so theyre the tell tale circuit for the 'choke' light on the dash (manual choke)

Good shout mate cheers. The loom originally was a1.2 choke model .

Then thats what theyre for, now unrequired if the car isnt running a manual choke, insulate them and tape them out of the way somewhere, or plug them back onto the two terminals on the back of the choke 'knob' if you are still running it:thumb:
