nova exhaust fitment 1300

Ive put a 1300 mk2 astra engine in my nova and now the exhaust ive bought for a 1300 sr doesnt line up, is there any chance its the astra downpipe thats causing the problem? Either that or the front pipe ive bought is wrong.

As it comes past the sump its at about a 45 degree angle pointing towards the back gearbox mount and the nova pipe comes out fairly straight :confused:

hopefully someone will back me up pretty sure youll be needing a nova manifold or a welder to modify that one

You'll be wanting a Nova specific manifold.

My mates just sent me a picture of his standard gte exhaust and it looks like its got the right angle for it to fit so i'm gonna try that first.

Does anyone think the exhaust looks right for an early sr?
