bolts that hold on the wings

What is the size of the bolts that hold on the wings along the top.

I need the length and the diameter of the screw. I know its a 10mm hex.

Also what are the fasteners called that the screw into that clip onto the shell.

bits that go on the shell are called "u nuts" can get them from ebay or halfords
