chop the whole floor sections out of a scrapper & fix them using care & pop rivets straight into your shell. the care is needed cos the fuel tank is under there... they will only be 1mm higher than factory & the bushes have a lot of play anyway, so they will sit fine.

i'm possibly getting them from someone breaking the car would it be ok for them to cut around the brackets?

Yeah get them to cut around the brackets, then you can drill through the spotwelds to remove the bracket from the floorpan to fit to yours
