can anybody help put a new clutch kit in my van 3500 miles ago every thing was fine up til yesterday ,when every now a then it wont go in gear at a stand still until i pump the pedal or let the clutch up for 5 sec or so, or switch off and put it in then go but its tough to get in all gears till i give it a little rest for while, biting point is really low too, blead the clutch yesterday with an easy bleed and still happening any ideas thanks:confused:
Was there any air in the fluid when you bled it? when you replaced the clutch kit did you replace the hydraulic slave cylinder? if it's fairly new i'd say master cyl?

no didnt seem it,it run out the nipple flowing, and yeah put new slave in,i was thinking master but wasnt sure,i aint sure what are the signs of it going are
Any signs of fluid leaking anywhere? out of the bell housing? if not i'd try the master. The symptoms you describe could be either slave or master cyl tbh

no signs of clutch fluid its allways had a oil leak what drops off where it would but i pretty sure this is oil wouldent the fluid go down in the res if that was the case and it would drip quite a bit once the easy bleed was connected?
yep if you had a leak the fluid would drop. If it's never lost any it's obviously getting air in the system somewhere. If it was mine i'd try a master cyl first, before ripping the box out again. Surely the slave will have a parts warranty if it is the cause?
