Since my Nova SR is nearly finished, I'm not feeling the need to have a quick car as a daily any more, as the Nova will serve as my fun car. So I'm thinking of getting another Nova for my daily. I don't mind too much if its a 3 or 5 door hatch, or 2/4 door saloon. I'm not that bothered about the engine either, but a 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4 would be ideal I guess. But I would need it to be taxed and MOT'd, have minimal rust and be fully driveable. I'd be willing to travel a fair distance for the right car.
Since I already have the Celica as a daily, it would be cool if I could swap, or part exchange that for a Nova. Its a 1997 red 2.0 GT model (gen 6). Its got 96k on the clock, MOT untill November and Taxed untill end of March next year. Its standard other than a stainless exhaust and gen7 Celica 16" wheels. Its not immaculate with some typical flaws - lacquer peel on the spolier, faded paint on passenger rear quater (does polish up ok though, or an easy spray paint job), drivers seat leather is cracked, and the rear shoes stick sometimes - another typical celica thing. So would anyone be interested in a trade of some kind?
