right time has come to sell and start a new project ill do my best to list every little thing.
i have got a project thread that you can see all the work thats gone into it.
nova sx sprayed last summer graphite beige.
the shell is a mk2 but been made to look like a mk1.
engine:
- c20xe with fully set up r1 bike carbs and f20 gearbox
- had a full re build last summer with big end bearings, headbolts, gaskets, piston rings, new oil, filter, plugs, leads and only done 500 miles since
- new clutch at time of rebuild
- full sbd exhaust system i think 2.5" bore heat wrapped manifold.
- rocker and belt cover painted red could do with powder coating as ive lent on it when hot.
- new gsi radiator
- carbon fibre wrapped spark plug cover and scuttle cover.
- single v pulleys top and bottom
brakes and suspension:
- calibra 2 litre brakes brand new 500miles ago
- v maxx front coilovers
- 100mm rear springs
body:
- full seam welded bay
- bay smoothed
- rear arches rolled
- bodywork in good condition
- sr front bumper
- mk1 rear bumper
- wrap around spoiler
- half red half clear rear lights
- opel number plate surround
- mattig wing mirrors
- wind deflectors
- rear window surrounds
interior:
- mk2 dash
- vectra half leather seats mounted on nova frames.
- black carpets
- custom boot floor in black leatherette
- door cards in black leatherette
- 6 dials dash
wheels:
- 16" bmw exip alloys havnt seen another set at all.
(one wheel has a scrape on inside but cant be seen when on and wheel is not bent at all)
- nankang tyres with stretch cant remember size but will put it up when i know.
bad points:
- roof could do with flat and polish
- turret in engine bay needs rear spraying where old air filter rubbed.
- rocker cover needs painting but have paint for that left.
- paint on door cards coming off as the seats rub on them when shut easy fix.
- clutch cable needs tightening.
good points:
engine is one of the better xe's perfectly runs never misses a beat carbs are set up and pull hard. body work is good. well looked after car always garaged and cleaned regularly. gutted to sell but needs must and want a new challenge. battery tray is clean and has no rust. no rust in boot and all other usual places.
will upload more photos when i go in the garage
has an MOT til june 2013 and tax til november 2012
1.2 on log book as not used much and on traders policy was going to change but decided to sell so up to new owner
