help!!! Nova gsi engine wired up in merit 1.2

got all wired up and runs in my 1.2 merit. but every so often once turned off will not start or it will start but wont rev and cuts out?

any ideas?

does it run correctly? is there any hesitation when accelerating or any bogging out at top end?
