Bought this wee Lupo off a member on scottishVAG a few months ago for the mrs.
Spent a fortune on it, but she just cant settle to it.
When i got the car had very short T&T, bumper was destroyed, wheels were horrible, things werent working as they should and all the management lights were on.
Since then i've carried out the following.
Brand new genuine VW bumper.
Brand new genuine VW towing covers (Unpainted as i never noticed they were missing)
Full respray (Painter forgot to do mirror caps and door handles though)
ABS Module refurbished by Sinspeed at a cost of £200 (Lifetime warranty on it)
Put it through an MOT (Needed front ARB droplinks, an ABS sensor and of course the ABS module refurbished)
Changed the wheels to mint G-60 steels, powdercoated chrome, brand new centres from VW.
4x 175/50/15 Hankook tyres (3 New in the past weeks as one was damaged and i was running 195's up front that didnt suit the car)
Auxiliry belt and tensioner replaced.
Spent a small fortune on it in a short time (Dont even want to imagine the figure), has got everything its needed, no questions.
Will service it as well before it goes, and at present the drivers front ABS sensor is faulty, sensor is there and will be fitting it at the same time as i service it.
The rest of the car -
Full leather in excellent condition.
AP Coilovers.
25mm Hubcentric rear spacers.
15mm Hubcentrics included for the front but not currently fitted.
OE Headunits.
Decent amount of history from myself and previous owner.
Timing Belt & Water Pump changed in October 2010 @ 60k (Receipt from a garage in Glasgow for carrying out the work)
Bad points -
Recorded write off in 2006.
Needs a boot popper fitted.
