Front Fogs(MOT)

One of my front fogs isn't working (not fuse or bulb) but its mot time.
Does it have to work for the mot?
Sure I read somewhere that they've got to work or been taken out for mot.

Any help is greatly appreciated

This is what I was taught too, that's why I asked, I was having a debate with a mate earlier.

As lewis said, not part of the test so dunnae worry!

Incidentally, f the bulb and fuse are good, check the lamp unit - mine had gotten all sorts of crap in it which were preventing the bulb from making a good earth.
