are the shockers quite stiff compared to gm as im looking for uprated stuff cheers

are the shockers quite stiff compared to gm as im looking for uprated stuff cheers if it's anything like my gmax gas shocks and springs combo..... It's bone shaking stiff lol! Body roll is hugely reduced tho!
