Have them powdercoated/painted dark (or gloss black?)?:
http://www.fullclip.co.uk/NovaSide2.jpg
The wheels are 17's.

Or get some new wheels (18's)?:
(Yes i know there are no brakes, couldn't be arsed with photoshoppin them - plus wheels stand out more like that.)

ALSO Shall i tint the windows? I can't decide. Thinking i might.
Though i'd only go light smoke all round.

get a set of spanky 18's :D

If u go for dark wheels I dont think u should tint the windows, may not suit it.

If u dont then get a blue tint. could look cool

Even wierder seeing it in real life Ade. I was driving through Padiham in Burnley and did a double take.

Although I haven't seen it again since. Mind you most modded cars in burnley are like that. You only ever see em once.

A ha so Marty is from Burnley :!: :!: :!:

OR i could just have been driving through it on the way somewhere else!?

Nah, it's true. Burnley's my NYC.

And, god damn it, why can't you all decide on the same thing to save me from having ot make choices!

Think i'll go with the wheels i've got and get them powdercoated black (as pictured in the top pic). Then when i get bored i can change them for something bigger. And chrome. Possibly. As the roads round here are shite, so i may be best with 17's. Plus they'll spin faster when i get my valver done, in the not too distant future. :D

Funny that a lot fo you said go for a blue tint, as that's what i was thinking of originally. That, light smoke, or bright yellow. :o

Nah yellow will make your car look like a pair of NHS glasses.

and pull off that ironing board

Funny you should say that, my mate's got a Lamborghini Diablo, and some bloke went up to him (when he was at the lake district, camping) and asked if he could borrow his ironing board, and pointed at the rear spoiler. (still, he may have been trying to take the piss, but he's not the one with a Lambo).

Though mines important for the shopping trolley look.

Top pic and light smoked windows, anything too dark will look too 'Paxo'-ish and get you grief from the dibble........

As much as I hate to say this (mainly cos everyones going for black Alloys at the moment)...but Black Alloys and a dark tint on the windows would look excellent. Make sure your alloys are 18's though, as in the real pics that you posted some time ago, the Alloys that you had on your car looked a little too small, especially for the type of kit that you have.

Just a quick idea of what I mean...

can i just say go for the bottom pic with silver window tints.

now could i have a reason why everybody is into these dark alloys fashion /fade. dont get me wrong they look alright when a car is stationary but when a car is moving they just look like a car has its wheel trims missing.

take no offence guys but i think black alloys look tacky :|

thats just my opinion :!:

...as in the real pics that you posted some time ago...

The top pic in this post is a real pic too (not sure if you know this or not?), only thing changed is the colour of the alloys. But you're right, in most pics the wheels do look smaller than they did before the kit was put on.

Think i will get 18's for it most likely.
Maybe get black chrome wheels - kill two birds with one stone! Black AND shiny when spinning! he he

Or some tripple chrome blue/purple flip wheels just like Neils!?
Nah i'm kidding neil.

Tho, maybe i'll burn it and claim on insurance, since i'm kinda wanting a new car now, and i'f buying new wheels, i may as well be buying them for a new car. esp if they're 18's or larger.

Hmmm :?

I like silver alloys but there you go. For the money i would just keep the wheels you have in silver. The blue and silver looks nice and everyone is going for dark wheels at the mo. And i would say yes to the tints.

How do you photoshop your car like that to tint the windows and change the cars colour??

It requires years of training :D

Usually I copy the image and paste it on top. Erase any part of the image im not altering, in this case, just so that im left with the windows, then I use the brightness/contrast adjustment to darken the windows. You can use the Variations option to change the colour of a car, but sometimes it can wash out the detail, so you have to use alternative methods like selecting a different style of brush. It's a matter of playing about with the program till you get the desired results.

I already advertise my 'boy for rent' services on the net to small hairy politicians with small penises. Small to retain my rectum elasticity. :o (wtf Dirty fucker!)

Nah, insurance/new car isn't much of a problem now (says he with 9 points  ), but it's that i can't ever make my mind up. On anything. I blame it on being a Sagitarius (chicks dig that shit!). I still keep wanting to mess about with this one, as i'll be losing a fair bit of money on it when i sell it, so 'may as well do a little bit more'.

Fenix_2k1 - Nah, i'm on about the red one. Pauls - he used to own the club in padiham just before the police shut it down for fighting. It was alright, Wesley (his son) and Vicky (Wesleys fiancee) ran it and i used to get free entry. Sound guy. And his mate owns George IV on Padiham road, and Starkie Arms in Padiham. Erm, anyway. Some useless info for you all.

photoshop As Jim said. Photoshop is a graphic design program, rather than some magic 'make you car look lower' program.

If you're doing angular pieces like windows, just use the 'polygonal lasso tool' to select the window, and then adjust the Brightness/Contrast :

Image > Adjust > Brightness/Contrast

For other things, you need to learn how to use layers. To change colour, the most simple way is to select the bits you want to change colour of and adjust Hue/Saturation. Basically, it adjust the number of primary coloured pixels in the selection, which changes the colour.

HUE/SATURATION is best as it also has brigtness/contrast adjustment and etc too.

i.e. to change colour of car:
1- copy and paste the car (copy round it, even if you get some background) into a new layer, above the original one (done automatically really).
2 - erase all background * items that you don't want to change colour of i.e. windows, wheels (basically, imagine you're going to be re-spraying the car, and are 'masking up the bits you want to keep the same' - as they will remain as they were on the layer underneath, so will show up).
3 - click Image > Adjust > Hue/Saturation
4 - make sure the 'preview' button is ticked, and just play about with the various levels to see what they do.

Anyway, cheers for all your suggestions lads. But i laready knew what i wanted.  [/b]
