vic check

ive got a cavalier thats needing a vic check that has been hit from the rear..

it was only a small bump that cracked the bumper and pushed the pannel behind it in about 6 inches..its had a new boot and bumper but i havent pulled the pannel straight. do i have to do this for the test? also the car has been lowered so do i need to put it all back to standard aswell?

i think they just check reg plates to the vin numbers to make sure people havent just put reg plates on to different car etc.

Yep it's just an identity check nothing more.
