View Full Version : c14se fault code 69
got the engine man light on the my daily
fault code:69
which is Intake air temperature sensor low voltage?
had a qucik look at the sensor today and the 2 wire's looked fuked on the plug
(looks like they are about to snap if you touch them f lol)
is there a way to by pass the plug/sensor?
asking because the c14se in a nova doesnt have a intake senor? but the corsa does?
any info would be great :thumb:
It does have the intake sensor in the Nova, dispack version for sure. Not looked properly at the dizzy version.
Outcome is the same though, can't be bypassed as it'll mess the fuelling up. Post a pic of the plug, I might have one in the garage on my old (chopped) loom.
Yep as per phazers post, just repair it.
ok il get a pic in the morning phazer :)
cheers dude :thumb:

Think I have that one, let me have a look in a bit and see how much wire it's got on it.
Ahhh, just had the loom spread out everywhere looking for the plug and couldn't find it....errr it's on the car, sorry to get your hopes up. I've run two types of temp sensor over the years so evidently nabbed this plug
Is the damage right at the back of the plug? You might be able to pull out the weather seal and extract the pins. Best bet would be to get down the scrappy and cut a plug off with a decent length of wire. If you go here http://opeloem.com/oem-parts/12129596.html you'll see a list of cars that used temperature sensors with the same connector.
On the Corsa its connected to a sensor in the plastic inlet tubing between airbox and throttle plate.
Hopefully some use to you anyway?
cheers phazer il get down the scrappys this weekend
ya the wires right on the plug are fuked lol just my luck lol
