i have a recent rebuilt e16se with skimmed,ported,polished. 3 angle seats, etc.. high lift cam, redtop injectors, powerboost valve, k&n, 4 branch, full 2 inch exhaust, high pressure pump and 205 gti afm... just wondering what power u think it could be? its very quick and leaves my mates corsa redtop and feels just as quick as redtops ive owned but it does have a cr box with 4.1 final drive

115-125hp??? might get more with the original injectors, have you tried them back to back?

when you consider that the corsa weighs loads more and the red top could well be very old and tired (seen r/r print outs of 120 hp!) its not surprising you can keep up.

'power boost valve' .... WHY?!?!?!??!

Also a 'high pressure pump' is meaningless as the regulator will limit it anyway lol

On standard management I reckon you will be lucky to see 125bhp at the fly (unless you are at happy rollers)
The reason yours feels fast is because its probably 250Kg lighter and has a 4.18 FD which means you get great acceleration but a lower top speed.

when i say power boost valve its a fse regulator so the fueling is turned up, also redtop injectors arnt fitted atm so thats the only thing ive got to fit on list just wondered what sort of power it was making.. power doesnt mean anything just a figure.. but would have been nice to know

205 GTi AFM? Not heard of this mod before. Is this compatable with the standard management then and gives gains?

take the FSE off and throw it in the bin! its a load of crap and will do more harm than good.

Running increased fuel pressure and higher flowing injectors on an engine with little to no closed loop control will simply lead to bore wash and glazing.... ruining your nicely rebuild engine.
