hi im 20 years old ive just converted my nova from a c20xe to a let ive been driving for 3 years can any1 help me out on the best place to get insured properly as my car has an ally rad that pokes through the grill and a front mount on show and look pritty bate :wtf: HELP ME PLEASE !!!!thanks luke

Try sky insurance mate, they sponsor the site and offer a 10% discount for paid members. I'm 21 and i'm insuring my XE nova for £1200. I'd think a LET would be considerably more, but not impossible.

And surely a better course of action wouldve been to look into insurance quotes BEFORE you did the actual engine swap, fair play youre looking to insure it properly and not just not bother like so many do, but what if you now find you cant insure it, the engine will have to come back out again :eek:

what i ment people is with what the front of my car looks like i cant say its a 1.0, the rad pokes out the grill were i mooved it foward and centrelized it for the turbo and the front mount that takes up most the front bumper i cant really say its not modified lol

So you have been illegally driving an uninsured and undeclared let nova for 3 years? Is it still down as a 1.0??

so did you insure it as a xe? because you should have some sort of idea if you have been driving and insuring an xe since you were 17
