Up for sale is my mk1 nova 1.2
It's a good solid shell with only small welding in boot corner done
Battery tray, sills all seem to be good
Small amount of rust/surface rust in engine bay nothing major i don't think
It's got mot and tax need to check how long left on each
The exterior of the car could do with a general tidy up
Drivers side rear arch has rust and has a small section missing
Needs a drivers door as there is a little hole up the front, the bottom of the door was covered in rust i managed to rub down what I could and just went over with zinc primer and glacier white paint to just tidy it up until i got a new door and the arch done.
The front wings are a slightly different shade of white, i got them from another shell I had at the time as the wings on this shell were completely rotten
I've tried to remove all door strips but there is still some small bits left along with the glue
The engine is a 1.2st engine so has a carb with manual choke
It is quite tappy but not sure whether it's top or bottom end
The dash shows it runs really hot, it winds right around past the red marks, I think it's just the sender or something like that
It had a cambelt at 40000 and the car has still only done under 50000 miles, I am the 4th owner
The car is fitted with gte front and rear bumpers in anthracite grey, has 256mm discs with green stuff pads and braided lines as i was planning on doing a conversion and the standard brakes were fading, i have braided lines for the rear to be fitted aswell, there's a set of 6 dial clocks in the boot which need some attention.
It's all pretty bog standard inside, pretty tidy no rips, tears or holes, has original gm mats, service book and manual
