View Full Version : 20ne to seh
Hi lads, some of you may have seen that I'm planning on removing my ne this weekend as as I have some welding to do to the engine bay and I also want to paint it. Well im pretty sure my 20ne is burning oil, possibly stem seals or maybe even rings. Since I'm taking the engine out anyway. I'd like to fit an seh. My question is, is it a straight swap? I know ill have to get an seh ecu but is there anything else ill need to change or modify to fit an seh? Thanks for reading, brad.

they are different compression ratios etc think thats what the seh stands for ??
please correct me if im wrong any other seh brainiac lol
cam pistons and ecu, also the 20seh dosnt run a lambda
So it should be a straight swap? Apart from the ecu ?
like i said you will need the pistons cam and ecu from a 20seh
they will be a straight swap yes, you can pick up a 20seh cheap enough so may be easier buying a full engine
That was my original plans anyway mate hahaa :) I just wanted to know whether I could near enough drop the seh lump in! :) now to find a running seh that isn't completely knackered!

Mine has been sat on the shelf for a few months now. Cant seem to even give it away.
Its advertised for a price WAY less than it would break for too.
yeah its just a waiting game, no point giving it away nothing
id rather mine sit and collect dust than give it away
Hahahaa, I've sent him a pm :) cheers though both!
